Products
Lustre paper prints, canvas prints, metal prints, frame options also available
Delivery and shipping
US and international shipping available, DRC and Saudi Arabia aren’t currently available
On average, it will take 7-15 business days from when the order is placed for the prints to be delivered
Due to COVID19, please understand that there may be delays
Note: if you’ve ordered multiple print types (ex: one luster paper print + one canvas), they will arrive in different shipments
Damaged or incorrect prints
If this happens, email support@darkroom.tech with your order number, an image of your damaged/incorrect prints + packaging, and a reprint will be issued immediately
Refunds and cancellations
Every print is custom made on a per order basis. Once checkout is complete, the money from the order is used to purchase and produce the print automatically so all sales are final and non refundable
